Welcome, Everybody, to my new website and first ever blog post. While I have been an innkeeper for about 22 years now and, having launched several different websites for three different properties, I have been reluctant to embrace the new (or rather, not-so-new) trends of blogs, facebook, Instagram and the like.  At the advisement of the folks helping me put this new site together, I will be jumping feet first into the world of “fresh content” via blogging.  I expect the subject of these posts will vary from personal accounts of innkeeping/property management to upcoming local events and new attractions, requested recipes and probably a hefty bit of my recent adventures around the area.  I hope you will check back often, to see what new or old trail favorite I have found or special happenings on and around our Mountain Top community.  Please send me an email if you have any questions or comments.  I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable July 4th holiday!
